Our Mission
We empower young males in Baltimore City, ages 11–17, by nurturing their potential and providing the mentorship, resources, and skills needed to overcome adversity and achieve their goals. We are committed to creating safe, supportive environments where they can grow holistically—academically, emotionally, and socially—into confident, capable, and compassionate young men. Through a focus on education, life-skills development, personal safety, and accountability, we equip them with the tools to navigate adulthood and become positive, impactful contributors to their communities and beyond.

Through our partnerships, we offer exciting opportunities such as martial arts for discipline and self-confidence, rowing for teamwork and physical fitness, chess for critical thinking, and culturally relevant field trips that broaden students’ perspectives. These experiences—and many more—help our young men explore new interests, build valuable skills, discover their talents, and have fun!

Man Camp and Mentoring
Man Camp is a weekly transformative experience where young men explore what it truly means to be a man—one grounded in character, responsibility, and respect. Through hands-on learning and guided mentorship, participants gain essential life skills every man should know, from tying a tie and fixing a faucet to resolving conflict and surviving in the wilderness. Beyond practical knowledge, Man Camp encourages teamwork, self-discipline, and confidence, helping each young man build the foundation to lead with purpose and integrity.
